These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Rapid Scales Marketing LLC (“RSM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Client services are also subject to the specific agreement between RSM and the client.

Using this website

Use this site for lawful purposes. Do not misuse our forms, interfere with the website or connected systems, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or exploit our content without permission. Information you provide through an inquiry or application should be accurate.

Our services and results

RSM provides Meta advertising, website development, CRM setup, automation, email/SMS follow-up, and related marketing services. Scope, deliverables, and responsibilities are established in the applicable client agreement.

Campaign screenshots and case studies show selected past results. Outcomes vary with factors including the business, offer, budget, market, creative content, execution, and follow-up. RSM does not guarantee particular revenue, lead volume, sales, or advertising performance.

Pricing, payments, and client agreements

Service payments, retainers, and percentage-based fees are agreed directly between RSM and the client. The applicable agreement governs payment schedules, service scope, cancellations, ownership, and ongoing costs. Failure to pay may result in services being paused or terminated under that agreement.

Advertising spend is separate from RSM’s management fees unless expressly agreed otherwise. Platform, domain, CRM, messaging, or other third-party costs depend on the selected package and agreement. Sending a website inquiry does not create a service contract.

Forms, email, and SMS

When you submit a form, we may contact you about that inquiry. Marketing communications follow the consent choices presented at signup. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or stop SMS messages by replying STOP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Contact us for assistance.

Team applications are expressions of interest and do not guarantee an interview, employment, or a contractor opportunity.

Website content and ownership

RSM’s branding, text, graphics, and original website materials belong to RSM. Third-party logos, screenshots, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce or distribute materials without the relevant owner’s permission. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the client agreement.

Third-party platforms and links

Our work and website may use advertising, analytics, CRM, email/SMS, hosting, and payment services provided by third parties. Those services have their own terms and policies. RSM does not control their availability, platform decisions, or external website content and is not responsible for issues caused by those services, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSM is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of this website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any specific liability terms in a client agreement also apply to the services covered by that agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our website and services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised website terms.
